Please feel free to complete and print one of our downloadable order forms and bring it with you on your next visit. Please be sure to select the correct form designated for the number of people in your family. Each order form specifies the amount of each item allotted to the size of the family and will be listed next to each item.
If you are unable to visit the pantry yourself, the designee form may be printed out to be completed and signed. The person you have designated must bring the form in to pick up food items for you.
